Fernanda Villareal heads up Morgensheer Hospitality Inc.’s Health, Wellness, and Medical Hospitality Development Division. Fernanda works with investors and hospitality brands, to develop total health, medical and wellness assets, encompassing all aspects of wellness from spa to regenerative medical hospitality projects.
As the longevity, health, and wellness industry evolve, Fernanda provides advisement on developing health, wellness, and medical tourism trends, to create innovative concepts in line with both the travelers’ and hospitality brands’ needs. She works directly with investors and directors to identify best uses and to create sustainable health, wellness, and medical hospitality projects to drive market share and revenue.
Additionally, Fernanda creates strategies and scale-up plans, to achieve better margins, optimize sales force and efforts, generate new product development and positioning, creation of proforma in preparation for raising capital. Her extensive network of contacts includes scientific developers, medical affairs, and registration/patent entities.
Fernanda brings over seventeen years of international experience in business development in health/wellness and regenerative medicine, scaling up, and growth strategy centered on customer service. She focuses on conceptualization, market development, solidifying operations, wellness/sustainability, and master plans for development, conversion, and expansion.
Fernanda has experience in the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) sector and will offer strategic solutions to MHI’s developers and investors engaged in sustainable hospitality. Her most recent project in this sector includes social and female inclusion for fair trade goods, selling healthier supplies for restaurants, and healing centers in the wellness and hospitality industries.
She has successfully implemented growth plans, directed and lead companies in the health and mindfulness industries, directed the lifestyle and wellbeing division of Tycoon Entertainment. The company was a startup and expanded through all México, Central and South America with products related to Mayo Clinic, Gaiam accessories, and contents on Yoga, Pilates, Exercises and Mindfulness.
She has consulted for leading biotechnology and medical clinics in Mexico such as GIINT, Indebioc, and Storeacell, along with other projects related to patient-centered services: Bienesta Medical Center (Functional medicine and wellbeing awareness), and upscale sales with integrative plans on Avandaro Golf and SPA resort.
Fernanda Villarreal holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Corporate Finance, along with Exponential Innovation and Growth Program training at Stanford University. She is multicultural and fluent in Spanish, English due to her cultural experiences living in the U.K, Switzerland, and Mexico.
